Terms of service
Effective October 28, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Mile High Ideas (“MHI”, “we”, “us”), which operates SiteIQ. They cover SiteIQ on the web, on iOS and on Android. If you use SiteIQ for a company, you agree to them for that company and confirm you are allowed to. If you don’t agree, please don’t use SiteIQ.
1. Accounts and companies
- You need an account to use SiteIQ. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
- Each company on SiteIQ is managed by its admins. Admins decide who belongs to the company, what role each member has and how the company is branded. Members can see the company’s properties and audits.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, and admins for their company’s account.
- We may verify new companies before they can send audits to a partner, and we may decline or remove a company that we believe is misusing SiteIQ.
2. Using SiteIQ
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use SiteIQ for your business while you follow these terms. Please don’t:
- use SiteIQ for anything unlawful, or to upload content you don’t have the right to share;
- photograph or record people, or their private property, in ways that break the law or their reasonable privacy;
- try to get into other companies’ data, or get around our security, limits or approval steps;
- interfere with SiteIQ, overload it, or copy, scrape or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
- resell SiteIQ, or use it to build a competing product.
Stay safe on site. Don’t use SiteIQ while driving or operating equipment, and follow the site’s safety rules while you walk it. Marking something as a safety hazard in SiteIQ does not replace reporting it to the people responsible for the site or to emergency services.
3. Your content
You or your company own what you put into SiteIQ: properties, audits, issues, notes, photos and messages. You give MHI permission to store, process, copy and transmit that content as needed to provide SiteIQ to you, including delivering audits to the partners you submit them to and processing your messages with the SiteIQ assistant. You confirm you have the rights needed to give us that permission.
4. Partners
When you submit an audit, SiteIQ sends it to a SiteIQ partner, an independent contractor that quotes and does the work. Our launch partner is Camco. Estimates, contracts, scheduling, work and payment are between you and the partner, under the partner’s own terms. MHI is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for a partner’s estimates, work or conduct. Status updates in SiteIQ come from the partner and may lag behind or differ from what the partner tells you directly.
5. The assistant and connected AI tools
- The SiteIQ assistant uses AI to answer questions and take actions in your account with your permissions. AI can be wrong: check its answers before relying on them.
- Some actions, such as submitting an audit or removing a team member, wait for you to approve them. You are responsible for the actions you approve and for the actions you ask the assistant to take.
- If you connect a third-party AI client or create an API key, that client acts with the access you grant it, and you are responsible for what it does. Its own terms apply to your use of it.
- We may limit assistant use, for example with monthly spending caps and message limits.
6. Fees
If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you beforehand, and you won’t be charged unless you agree to them.
7. Suspension and ending your use
You can stop using SiteIQ at any time. A company admin can ask us to delete the company and its data by emailing brandon@usesiteiq.com. We may suspend or end access for an account or a company that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. A suspended company can still view its data but can’t make changes. We will tell you when we can.
8. Changes to SiteIQ and these terms
We keep improving SiteIQ and may add, change or remove features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using SiteIQ after that, the new terms apply.
9. Disclaimers
SiteIQ is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, MHI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that SiteIQ will be uninterrupted or error-free, that audits will be delivered or answered within any time, or that AI output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MHI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. MHI’s total liability for any claim relating to SiteIQ is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for SiteIQ in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify MHI against claims arising from your content, your use of SiteIQ in breach of these terms, or your dealings with a partner, except where the claim is caused by MHI.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you and MHI agree to their jurisdiction.
13. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
